epgw release 26.3.1

We are happy to announce Eggplant Gateway 26.3.1-0025 (July 16, 2026). This release of Eggplant Gateway contains the following enhancements and defect fixes:

You may see differences in the exact Eggplant Gateway build listed here and in the version you see installed on your system, or on the Eggplant Functional About panel, for example. The contents of any build of the 26.3 version should contain the functionality listed here unless otherwise specified. The build is the number you see to the right of the dash in the version.

Eggplant Gateway for iOS​

  • Fixes an internal found issue where the iOS screen could become frozen when the MJPEG video stream stops delivering frames (for example, while an app under test is being launched or killed). The gateway now detects a stalled stream within 10 seconds and automatically reconnects.

Persistent Connection Service (PCS)​

  • Adds support for Tutorial SUTs in the DAI SUT list. When PCS retrieves connections from DAI, Tutorial SUTs are now correctly identified and routed to the tutorial gateway.
  • Improves filtering of the DAI SUT list to exclude SUTs that are assigned to a specific execution environment, so only directly accessible SUTs are shown.
  • Improves filtering of DAI SUT list to exclude SUTs that are mark as disabled in DAI.

General improvements​

  • Updates the FreeRDP library to version 3.28.0 for RDP connections, incorporating the latest upstream fixes and also address CVEs.
  • Addresses a security vulnerability (CVE-2026-49451) by updating the Microsoft.OpenApi library to version 2.7.5.
